Many of mine I really have to pull the charging manage again marginally so it may drive the locking bar forward.Are there marks on the safety lever? If it hits when closing, the M16 cut could be as well "prolonged" and could artificially wear both the lever along with the spring. Not less than thats my theory for why some folks have these challenge
